1. About ReadiTrades

ReadiTrades ("we", "us", "our") is a technology platform operated by ReadiWork that connects forex and CFD traders ("Signal Providers" or "Leaders") with individuals who wish to replicate their trades ("Followers" or "Copiers"). ReadiTrades is not a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or investment manager. We do not hold client funds, execute trades on any exchange, or provide personalized financial advice. All trading occurs on third-party broker platforms via MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade forex/CFDs in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations regarding online trading and copy trading.

3. Nature of Service

ReadiTrades provides a technology platform that facilitates the automatic replication of trades between MT5 accounts.
We are an intermediary technology provider, not a financial services company. We do not manage, control, or have access to your trading account funds.
All trades are executed by your chosen third-party broker, not by ReadiTrades.
We do not guarantee any trading results, profits, or returns.
Signal Providers are independent traders, not employees or agents of ReadiTrades.

4. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Trading forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose all of your invested capital. Past performance of any Signal Provider does not guarantee future results. The statistics displayed on ReadiTrades (profit percentages, win rates, drawdown, etc.) are based on historical data and may not reflect future performance. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Consider seeking independent financial advice before using copy trading services.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for your own broker account, including deposits, withdrawals, and compliance with your broker's terms.
You acknowledge that copy trading involves connecting your MT5 account via an Expert Advisor (EA) and that you authorize this connection.

6. Signal Providers (Leaders)

Signal Providers share their trades voluntarily and are compensated through subscriber fees set by ReadiTrades.
Signal Providers are not licensed financial advisors unless separately disclosed.
ReadiTrades verifies trading history but does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any Signal Provider's future performance.
Signal Providers must not engage in trade manipulation, artificial performance inflation, or any deceptive practices.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly and provide access to copy one or more Signal Providers depending on your plan.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. ReadiTrades does not store full payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

8. Broker Affiliations

ReadiTrades may receive affiliate commissions or introducing broker (IB) fees from third-party brokers when users open accounts through our referral links. This does not affect the cost of your broker account. We support multiple brokers and the choice of broker is always yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadiTrades and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, broker-side execution issues, EA malfunctions, or data inaccuracies. Your use of ReadiTrades is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on ReadiTrades are owned by or licensed to ReadiWork. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReadiTrades after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
