Full name and email address (during registration)
Location/region preference
MT5 account number, broker name, and server (when connecting accounts)
Role preference (follower or signal provider)

Information collected automatically:

IP address (used for location detection during registration)
Browser type, device information, and operating system
Pages visited, time spent, and interaction patterns
Trading activity data relayed through our copy trading system (symbols, lot sizes, trade times, profit/loss)

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the copy trading platform
To connect your MT5 account with Signal Providers' trade signals
To display leaderboard statistics and trader profiles
To detect your approximate location for region-based recommendations
To process subscription payments
To send service-related communications (trade alerts, account updates)
To improve our platform and user experience
To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

4. Public Information

If you register as a Signal Provider (Leader), the following information will be publicly visible on your leaderboard profile: display name, region, trading statistics (profit, win rate, drawdown, Sharpe ratio, trade count), risk score, and subscription fee. Your email address, real name, and MT5 account credentials are never publicly displayed.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Payment processors: to handle subscription billing (e.g., Paystack, Stripe, M-Pesa providers)
Broker partners: only your referral status for affiliate tracking; we do not share your personal details with brokers
Service providers: hosting, analytics, and email services that help us operate the platform
Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading history and performance statistics may be retained for platform integrity purposes. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
